Quality Time with your Girls ... and a GIVEAWAY!

*This giveaway has ended*

What is one thing you love doing more than a quality coffee date with your best friend at your favorite little shop? Ok, maybe having a cupcake date with your best friend, but that's probably it :)

We strongly believe in quality time. Game nights with your family, evening walks with your significant other, and especially those long conversations with your best friends. Time with your girls is so important. You NEED that time together. For your mental health and to add a little fun to your week. To encourage each other, to pray for each other and to motivate each other with the things God is teaching you.

Sometimes life can get "too busy" for this much-needed time with your girls. We want to encourage you to carve out the time to go on a coffee date. A real life, "I can't wait to catch up with you", muffins-included, coffee date.

AND LUCKY YOU! We're giving one of you a Starbucks gift card!! $10 to treat your bestie to a quality afternoon together. We're also going to give you a gorgeous, linen hardcover "Be Filled With Joy" journal to record all the goodness that you'll talk about.

  1. Woo hoo, I liked you on facebook!

Although I do not have one, single "best friend", I have been blessed by dozens of amazing women that I am fortunate to call friends. Long talks at coffee shops have brought about realizations and changes in me I never thought possible. Women of all ages have poured their lives into mine and I am more than grateful to them all. I hope that God will use me to encourage, uplift, and lovingly redirect other women as well.

One memory (out of many) was taking a road trip with a friend to visit another friend at he college. On the way home, we got a flat tire. We had bought Krispie Kreme donuts for the ride home, and when a police officer came and insisted that he fix the flat, we offered him some donuts. He declined, but we thought we were pretty funny. :)

  2. So fun! I am liked Joie on facebook, and followed on twitter and instagram! (So much love!)

I don't know which memory to chose! One of my favorites is when we ran around our college campus in the snow and made snow angels and had a snow ball fight. We even stumbled upon some of our other friends and they joined in the fun! Afterwards we ran back to the dorm and warmed up with some hot chocolate and a chick flick!!

  3. LOVE! I am following on all platforms and am really enjoying (!) everything so far!

My best friend and I have been friends since 6th grade, and there are so many stories I could share - from our Friday nights in high school watching chick flicks and eating Ben & Jerry ice cream to surprising her for her birthday so many times (in Georgia on family vacation, in College traveling from Syracuse to Poughkeepsie, in her current city of Boston), to a spur of the moment girls weekend away in Chicago before we both got married - The miles don't matter, the giggles are endless, and just knowing there is someone who knows my history, knows my story, and loves me enough to deliver a reality check when needed is the greatest gift of girlfriends.

  4. My best friend, Nellie, and me take a trip each year for our birthdays since they are only a few days apart. This past year was definitely one to remember. We stayed in a lovely retro airstream in the hill country of Texas, and lucky us, it came with a hot tub. Both nights during our stay, we poured ourselves some wine and talked about life and the Lord and our hopes for the future. We had decided before this trip that we would be intentional to ask each other questions...and we had so much fun with it that we decided to record all of the questions and answers in video to share with our future families. Now, a few years from now we might want to keep that video between us, but in that moment it was perfect. I will always treasure that weekend with her.

P.S. I'm following on Twitter and Instagram!
